Personal Data Protection and Processing Information Notice

As HDM Steel Pipe Industry and Trade Inc. (“HDM Steel Pipe” or the “Company”), we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Request information regarding such processing,
  • Learn the purpose of processing,
  • Learn the third parties to whom data is transferred,
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data,
  • Request notification of such actions to third parties,
  • Object to unfavorable outcomes arising from automated processing,
  • Request compensation for damages resulting from unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests regarding your rights to the Company in writing through the communication channels provided by HDM Steel Pipe.
